Rittermann dedicates his career to the creation of eloquent advertising and stock photography, fine art, fine art reproduction, architecture and historical artifact documentation.

Recent commissions/large-scale documentation projects include an exhibition catalog of objects salvaged from The Titanic, over 300 Pre-Columbian artifacts (mummies, jewelry, ceramics) for the upcoming exhibition catalog Ancestors of the Incas several photographic preservation assignments for the National Park Service and Historical American Building Record.
